The first episode starts in the mountains west of Guangzhou and follows the three major rivers through the lowlands, across the delta and down past the major cities and connecting to Hong Kong on the South China Sea.

The narrative tone will be inquisitive and personal.

Special attention is given to places of interest, historical, natural and man-made, that would appeal to international and domestic audiences alike who are keen to understand and explore this unique destination.

Over-View Satellite Imagery

This is the first time that satellite imagery of the GBA will be shared with local and international audiences.

 

Viewing the Earth from afar has been shown to inspire a sense of wonder, encourage cooperation, and promote future planning.

In cooperation with Over-View Inc, the documentary series will use a series of high-quality satellite images to highlight each metropolis, including the natural landscape patterns and man-made infrastructure within the Greater Bay Area.
